At AxisTrade International, we maintain strict quality control standards for our premium teas, spices, and artisan handicrafts. Due to the diverse nature of our products and cross-border logistics, our refund and return policies are distinctly defined below.
For stringent health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items, including premium teas and aromatic spices, once the original vacuum seal or packaging has been opened.
If you receive a perishable product that is defective, contaminated, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Artisan handicrafts may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or significantly differ from the product description. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and packed in its original packaging.
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
