Welcome to AxisTrade International. By accessing our website (axistrade.in), purchasing our retail products, or engaging in B2B wholesale transactions with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our products or website without express written permission from us.

2. Products and Pricing

All descriptions of products and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.

• Domestic Sales (India): Prices for customers within India are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).
• Export Sales (International): Retail and wholesale prices for international buyers exclude destination customs, import duties, and local taxes, which remain the sole responsibility of the buyer.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

4. B2B Wholesale Transactions

Wholesale, Private Label (OEM), and bulk export orders are subject to separate master commercial agreements, which include specific Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW), production lead times, and payment schedules. In the event of a conflict between these website terms and a signed commercial contract, the commercial contract shall prevail.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AxisTrade International and protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall AxisTrade International, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our services or products procured using the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
