Shipping & Export Policy

AxisTrade International partners with leading global logistics providers to ensure the safe, secure, and timely delivery of our premium products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We provide comprehensive and reliable shipping across India.
- Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Standard domestic delivery timelines range from 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
- GST Notice: In compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations, all prices displayed for domestic sales are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).
2. International Retail Shipping
We proudly ship our premium teas, spices, and handicrafts to over 20+ countries.
- Delivery Timelines: Standard international delivery takes between 7 to 14 business days. Tracking details will be provided via email once the consignment is dispatched.
- Customs & Duties: For international retail orders, the customer is considered the importer of record. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local brokerage fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Bulk Wholesale Exports (B2B)
We cater to international distributors and boutique brands with scalable bulk export solutions.
- Lead Times: Export lead times for bulk consignments are generally 14 to 21 days, depending on volume and specific sourcing requirements.
- Compliance & Documentation: All B2B shipments strictly comply with international trade standards. We provide necessary commercial documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Phytosanitary certificates, and Certificates of Analysis (COA) where applicable.
- Incoterms: Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW) are agreed upon individually in the wholesale contract.
4. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. AxisTrade International is not liable for non-delivery, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the user.
5. Damages in Transit
If your package arrives severely damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@axistrade.in with photographic evidence, so we may file a claim with the carrier.
